We have a bouquet of services provided with maids such as Cleaning, Cooking, Baby Sitter and most importantly elderly care along with other household chores.
We provide full time maids and also part time maids. We also have maids for few hours to few days or for day work or 24 x7 days workers.

Precautions/Safety during Covid 19 Days
Each candidate is provided special training to remain safe on job or off job
Off Duty:
1. Each candidate is advised safety precautions on duty and off duty.
2. Off duty they are not allowed to visit un necessarily here and there and they are supposed to inform us of their movements and visits.
3. Aarogya Sethu app is compulsory for each of them. Every day morning, we will check their status on Aarogya Sethu app.
4. We provide them at least 100 masks and two bottles of sanitizers per month for their daily home use by all the members of the family. For every working member of family Aarogya Sethu app is mandatory. Their children are not permitted to join physically the schools. We will follow the Government guidelines in this behalf.
5. All candidates are provided with a thermometer and are supposed to inform us their temperature every morning and evening.
6. They are debarred to sit in colony/area lawns, chit chat, gossip, loose talks.
7. They and their family members have to take Vitamin C, D, E daily (provided by us)
On Duty:
For 24x7 candidates
1. Each candidate is required to take proper bath in morning with dettol soap, provided by us before coming for duty.( Hot water arrangements to be made, if needed)
2. Before leaving their servant quarter for work, they have to again wash hands with dettol soap.
3. They are required to sanitizer their hands before entering work place and before leaving the work place. You would be requested to provide a place near entrance, where the sanitizer bottle will be kept for daily use (to avoid every day bringing and taking back). ( Sanitizer for 24x7 candidates to be arranged by you)
4. Each candidate will always wear the mask while at work place. The fresh mask will be used every day.
5. Each candidate will come with a sleeper for use during work place. Their own sleeper would be placed outside house. A place to be provided, where the in house sleepers would be used. Every day when going back, the work place sleepers would be kept back and other one used forgoing back.
6. If work place has a provision, then separate entry and exit gate facility be provided to candidates.
7. Candidates are advised not to move about in work place and restrict their movements to their given work areas.
8. Candidates are required to keep social distance of minimum 2 Meters while working. (except while handling physically challenged clients, and in that case separate set of instruction are to be followed).
9. Except in case of patients and health advised candidates, no physical touch of any type is permitted.
10. No physical exchange of money or tips.
For Day use candidates
1. Each candidate is required to take proper bath with dettol soap, provided by us before coming for duty.
2. Before leaving home for work, they have to again wash hands with dettol soap.
3. They are required to sanitizer their hands before entering work place and before leaving the work place. For this we provide them sanitizer bottle. You would be requested to provide a place near entrance, where the sanitizer bottle will be kept for daily use (to avoid every day bringing and taking back).
Infact we prefer a foot operated sanitizer machine to be kept at entrance. It can be arranged by client or we can arrange on actual payment basis. Sanitizer cost for the candidate shall be borne by us as part of service.
4. After entering home for work and washing hands, they have to change their cloths and then wash hands again by detttol soap. Keep the cloths in a plastic bag and take it back as such.
5. They are required to wear hand gloves (provided) in between their home to work place (Both ways- use and throw type).
6. Ladies candidates are required to cover their head also. Gents are encouraged to wear a cap to cover head.
7. They are required to keep social distance even while on road. It would be random checked.
8. Before leaving their home for work, they are required to inform us their body temperature as checked by thermometer( provided by us to each one)
9. Each candidate will bring for is/her use drinking water, easy to eat packed food. They are not supposed to take food/tea etc. from work place (unless they work for round the clock and for morning to evening work..the work place may make provision to give once tea but no biscuits/eatables…In such case the candidate shall carry his/her own glass/cup, but if you want to provide food etc. welcome)
10. Each candidate will always wear the mask while at work place. The fresh mask will be used every day.
11. Depending upon the requirement, they will be asked to wear the PPE Kit as may be required (to be provided by us).
12. While doing the work at work place, they will remove the hand gloves and wear back after finishing the work. There can also be provision to wear fresh hand gloves every day during work, which will be discarded after use every day( on clients specific requirement)
13. Each candidate is trained not to involve in unnecessary chit chat/gossip at work place.

Terms and Conditions for availing services from Maidhelpindia.com :
1. Anju & Co. is operating the website www.maidhelpindia.com, which is an online platform for information and explore arrangements to post and search opportunities for services by candidates and user resumes (“Company”)
2. It is important that the Client reads and fully understands the terms and conditions as it establish the working relationship between maidhelpindia.com and the Client. By signing these terms and conditions with maidhelpindia.com, it is understood that the Client has agreed to all the terms and conditions as appearing on website including the followings.
3. The website is owned and operated by the Company and all rights, title, interests including all intellectual property rights in the website vests with the Company. Company reserves the sole right to modify the T&Cs at any time.
4. The terms domestic help / domestic worker / maids / worker / employee / candidates etc represents service providers. Please note that these service providers are in no way related to the Company, neither are they employed by the Company. They are independent people seeking employment / contracts/services work through our platform. We in some cases provide them accommodation and food and also take care of them.
5. COMPENSATION TO THE COMPANY:
a)Client shall pay Our Service Charge for the placement of the candidate is i.e. ’Rs 25,000 ’ to be paid before the date of joining of the candidate.
(We sincerely request you not to reject the Help on the basis of look, age or religion. Judge them by their Heart & Work and give them dignity and value, that’s how a reliable and trustworthy candidate is hired)
b) All payments shall be made through website/ online, or cheque drawn in favor of Anjali Verma.
c) In case if the Client deceits by employing the Candidate and not paying the Service Charge, the Client can be prosecuted by our Legal team. A complaint can be raised and strict penalty charge of an amount 10x (ten times) of the Service Charge will be legally enforced on the client under IPC Code 420, of Section 80C and Violation of Section 73(ICA) Act, which the client is bound to pay.
6. SERVICE CHARGES TO CANDIDATE:
a) Client should pay service charges directly to us in account of Anjali Verma, it is our responsibility to pay the candidate.
b) If in cases if the candidate leaves the job due to any reason you are liable to pay the salary for the number of days he / she has worked with you.
c) If the candidate asks for his/her salary in advance from Client, no advance is to be paid directly to them. In case the if client has paid advance without informing us and by any chance candidate leaves and you have paid excess salary to him/her, maidhelpindia.com will not be responsible to retrieve/refund the same.
7. REFUND POLICY:
a) Please note payment made is non refundable. There will a 6 months replacement period of the candidate.
b) Since the service charges expectation of candidate keep changing it might not be possible to find a candidate in the same salary as your previous candidate in case of replacement. NO REFUND claims will be entertained if due to any emergencies you cannot revise your service charges budget according to on-going market rate. However we will try it level best to try and find a new candidate in same salary.
8. The Client agrees that the candidate will be not be tortured, harmed mentally or physically. Also the Client cannot increase the work or reduce the salary of the candidate other than what was discussed during the interview and mentioned in the beginning, without informing maidhelpindia.com and mutual agreement with the candidate. If the candidate leaves due to any such reason, maidhelpindia.com will not replace the candidate
9. REPLACEMENT:
a) Subject to the below conditions, maidhelpindia.com undertakes to replace the Candidate placed by us with a suitable Candidate willing and able to fulfill the same tasks and duties as in the original arrangements. However this is subject to availability of candidates.
b) The replacement provided will have the same job description and timings and hours of work as mentioned during placement of the first candidate.
c) Any change in the specification of replaced candidate from the arrangements without the knowledge of maidhelpindia.com calls the agreement null and void. In case of changes in job description a new agreement with new specification has to be signed to take the process any further. (charges may apply)
10. POLICE VERIFICATION:
a) We strongly suggest that the client do a POLICE VERIFICATION of the candidate. This ensures that the same is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any given point of time if there is any criminal activity is done by the candidate (Civil or criminal), maidhelpindia.com would not be responsible for the same.
11. SATISFATION OF WORK:
a) Prior to the placement of the candidate, the client has to give us the ‘job description’ of the type of work the candidate needs to do and the salary offered. The client cannot make the candidate do anything outside the job description nor reduce the salary of the candidate. If the candidate leaves because the client asked her to do anything outside the job description or due to reduction of salary then maidhelpindia.com will not replace the candidate.
b) In case you do not like the candidate, kindly give a notice of 15 days before you release the candidate so that we can find a better quality candidate for you. The candidate which has been sent for replacement cannot be offered less salary than the first one.. Also the job description or work required to be done cannot be changed by the client. In case you wish to release the candidate or the candidate leaves the job and you wish to take a replacement, you need to clear the salary dues of the previous candidate before a replacement is sent. In case the service charges of the previous candidate are not cleared, we will not be sending a replacement.
12. CANDIDATES OBLIGATIONS:
1. While candidate are supposed to be trust worthy, we advise client to keep jewelry/cash etc. in proper lock and key, because in case of any incidence, the first blame comes on candidate/domestic help. To avoid this, it is best to keep safety precautions.
2. Candidates would expect one day leave in one month (but not during Covid 19 days).
3. Candidates are not allowed to use cell phone while at work. They may be given a suitable slot of half an hour each in morning and evening to make phone calls, before/after the work is completed. For 24x7 candidates, they can be given suitable slot for half an hour in morning and evening to make phone calls.
4. No male/female guest is allowed to meet the candidate at work place. This also applies for 24x7 candidates. In extreme urgencies, the company will talk to client and allow for a specific person for specified time in a public place.
13. MISCELLANEOUS:
a) Contract is valid for eleven months and is renewable on mutual consent,
b) We are a Hiring Platform - maidhelpindia.com will not involve itself or its employees / associates for resolving issues arising between the client and candidate, service provider (candidate, maid /domestic help etc.) during the course of the contract or even beyond. If any kind of issue with regards discipline or overall conduct of the candidate hired through maidhelpindia.com arises it is supposed to be resolved among yourselves or you are advised to take the appropriate course of Law.
The warranty is not valid where the candidate is leaving due to unfair labour practices / unfair treatment or breach of contract / understanding or undue harassment or actions that are considered abuse of women or sexual harassment with the client, candidate etc.
When you hire a candidate or any other service provider from maidhelpindia.com or Anju & Co. it is understood that you have agreed upon the above mentioned terms even if you have not signed this document.

Our Compensation for full time candidate -> Rs 30,000 plus GST
Our Compensation for Day candidate i.e 10 AM - 5 PM -> Rs 30,000 plus GST
Our Compensation for part time candidate (i.e work less than 4 hours a day) -> Rs 20,000 plus GST.
